How to index a webpage on Google in less than a minute!
Today, I am going to explain how to index a webpage on Google in just a few seconds. To do this, you have to use the Google Search Console in order to index it (before it was called Google Web Master Tools).
I am going to show you step by step how to do this using an example of one of on my blog.
- Create the new page you would like to index. In my case I use WordPress, which is why you will see all of the screenshots from this CMS. It does not matter what CMS you are using in order to index it.
- Once you publish the webpage, you should go to the Google Search Console, which is totally free (I will post in the future how to open an account and link it to your website). Then we will click on Fetch as Google.
- Once you publish the webpage, you should go to the Google Search Console, which is totally free (I will post in the future how to open an account and link it to your website). Then we will click on Fetch as Google.
- Once you reach the photo as seen in the above picture, you will insert the URL of the webpage you would like index. In my example, it is the webpage that we see in the photo below. Click on Fetch and Render.
- You will automatically see the URL processed by Google Console and then you just need to click on Submit to Index.
We will see in a few seconds that the URL is indexed on Google in a simple and natural way.
That’s all! If you do have any questions, feel free to ask me in the comments section as always.
